Road Safety World Series CRICKET 
 
A team of senior officials from Traffic Police, Nava Raipur Atal Nagar Development Authority and Police Department inspected the approach roads to Nava Raipur from National Highways and scrutinised the necessary traffic signs, divider markings and other safety measures ahead of the Road Safety World Series Cricket in Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Cricket Stadium.
 
The team comprising of AIG Traffic cum Inter-Department Lead Agency (Road Safety) Chairman Sanjay Sharma, NHI officer Praveen Bijhewar, representatives of Nava Raipur Development Authority, Additional Superintendent of Police M R Mandawi and Deputy Superintendent of Police Satish Thakur. It’s to be noted that citizens have been appealed to follow traffic rules such as using seatbelts in car, wearing helmets on motorbikes, avoiding wrong side driving, avoid drunk driving and other important rules. The competent officials and employees have been directed for effective enforcements of the rules. Two-wheeler riders have been appealed to carry chain-locks for safety of their helmet. The competent agencies have put up put up road safety signs and flex on the roads.
