Indian Red Cross Society Chhattisgarh celebrated birthday of Governor Anusuiya Uikey also chairperson of Society in a very memorable way here on Saturday. Fruits and masks were distributed at Old age home by the members of the society to make the event memorable. Pradeep Kumar Sahu, State Secretary of Indian Red Cross Society Chhattisgarh informed that members of Society visited old age home located at Rani Bagicha Dhamtari and celebrated the occasion with the senior citizens and leprosy patients by distributing fruits and face masks as protection against Covid-19. Specially present on the occasion were Dr Shailendra Gupta, Gurusharan Sahu, PN Sahu, Volunteers Akash Giri Goswami, Chandra Kant Gajpal, Lokesh Kumar Baghmaar, Khoman Lal Sahu, Monika Sinha, Yamini Sinha, Khomeshwar Yadav and Khushboo Sinha. Awareness was created among the participants regards safety from Covid-19. All the participants prayed for the prosperity and long life of Governor Anusuiya Uikey.
