CAIT felicitates traders
Recognising the efforts of Ramkrushna Gupta during the recent lockdown, the Confederation of All India Traders (CAIT) felicitated him at a function held here. President of Vaishya Ekta Parishad, Maharashtra Pradesh - Ramkrushna Gupta had played a major role in helping people facing hardship during the recently imposed lockdown.
 
National President of CAIT B C Bhartia presided over the felicitation function while President of the Pooja Charitable Trust Rajkumar Gupta; President of Ujjawal Gorakshan Mahendra Kataria; and Chairman of Nagpur CAIT - Gopal Agrawal were among the prominent persons present on the occasion. Members of Sarafa Merchants also took part in the event.
 
Nagpur CAIT President Kishor Dharashivkar was also felicitated on the occasion. Expressing his views, Bhartia said that Ramkrushna Gupta had made food available to many persons who had trapped at their workplaces during the lockdown. “Ramkrushna Gupta not only offered them food but also extended financial support to many people, especially the labourers trapped in MIDC Hingna area,” he said.
 
Bhartia appealed to the citizens to take all precautions to control the spread of the novel coronavirus. “In addition to this, all the senior citizens should take the vaccine as early as possible,” he added. Ramkrushna Gupta said, one should discharge his or her duties towards the nation and society.
 
Among other initiatives, Ramkrushna Gupta also conducted a special campaign to create awareness among the citizens on coronavirus Manoj Lunawat, Sarang Dabhade, Vijay Dhariwal, Mahendra Gupta, Nilkant Thakar, Farooque Akbani, Govind Patel, Dyneshwar Rakshak, Manbhai Soni, Ramesh Gupta, Parmanand Gupta, Dhruv Gupta, Santosh Gupta, Naveen Agrawal and others were also present on the occasion.
