The Jabalpur Municipal Corporation (JMC) has taken an initiative to give beautiful look to garbage points within city limits. Under the Swachh Survekshan, the Municipal Commissioner has given instructions to all the Divisional Officers and Chief Health Inspectors to beautify the garbage points of concerned areas. He also appealed to the citizens not to throw garbage at points instead put garbage in vehicles only. JMC is decorating and beautifying garbage points with artworks. Along with paintings, the walls of garbage points JMC is also renovating it. Following the instructions of Municipal Commissioner Sandeep G R, JMC administration has prepared a comprehensive action plan for beautification of all garbage points within city limits. For the same, he has asked divisional officers and CSIs to get the garbage points of their respective areas clean and beautify them.

 

The Municipal Commissioner said the JMC is working continuously on the plan of beautification garbage points under Swachh Survekshan. He has appealed to the citizens not to dump household garbage at the points and handover garbage of their homes and establishments to the JMC employees, engaged in door-to-door garbage collection and help keeping the city clean and beautiful. It may be noted that the Municipal Corporation is executing a number of works for cleanliness. Under the same, it is now giving beautiful look to garbage points. Municipal Commissioner Sandeep G R has solicited support from the citizen and said their unconditional help would certainly make Jabalpur the cleanest and beautiful city of the country.
