While delivering convocation speech Justice Vikas Sirpurkar, said, “In the battle of Mahabharata, Arjuna had requested his charioteer Lord Krishna to take the chariot and stand between the two armies, so that Arjuna could see who was
standing with him and who would fight against him. Students, you have reached a point in life where you have to see who is your real enemy and who is your battle with? You have to know which vices you have to fight, which problems you have to fight?”
Justice Sirpurkar told the students, “In this Kurukshetra of life you have to work for the interest of yourself and the society while avoiding bad thoughts, individuals and elements. Use your energy in positive and beneficial work for the society. Don't just run after the job, do something that will provide you with jobs. Nagpur has a good scope of industries, solar energy, forest resources, social engineering, water conservation also has a better scope of work. Before the Mahabharata war, Gandhari had said ‘Yato Dharma: Tato Jaya:' meaning where there is justice and religion, there will also be victory. You should move forward in life by believing in this mantra.”
