Wife fights with hubby in moving car, rams into pillar

 

A car rammed into a pillar, leaving five people injured, including a couple, whose fight allegedly led to the accident in Eitkhedi area on Friday. The complainant, Sanjeev Malviya’s wife was on the driving seat and the car hit the pillar when the couple got into a verbal spat. Malviya’s daughter and two sisters-in-law, who were also in the car, got injured. All the injured people have been admitted to a private hospital in Misrod and the cops are probing the matter. After the accident, Sanjay reached police station and told the cops that he and his wife were not happy together from past three years and have even filed for a divorce. She has been living at her maternal home from past six months, he said. He was heading towards home from 80-feet road at around 11:30 pm on Friday. Meanwhile, his wife Savita, daughter Shreya and two sisters-in-law Sangeeta and Asha arrived there by car. Sanjay told the cops that his wife forced him to sit in the car and asked him to come home. Savita was driving the car and they reached the parking lot of the multi. Sanjay said, in the parking lot of the multi, his wife forcibly asked the keys of the house from him in the moving car. He also alleged that his two sisters-in-law also assaulted him to snatch the keys. At the time of dispute, the car accidentally got rammed into a pillar of the multi and everyone inside the car sustained injuries.
