Team of Regional officers from Health and Family Welfare Department visited office of Chief Medical and Health Office (CMHO) and visited site of dengue out-break in Ram-kund and Kabir Nagar area on Monday. For situation analysis a team of senior officers lead by Dr Sandip Jogdand, Joint Director Public Health visited Ram-Kund and Kabir Nagar, Dr Prashant Kumar Sahu, Chief Medical Officer and Ishwari Masih were in the team. Team reached CMHO office at 10:30 am and interacted with Dr Meera Baghel.

 

They interacted on the issue of Dengue control. Team members later visited Ramnagar and Shitlapara with Anjali Thakur and met Dengue positive patients. Team also visited Zonal office of Raipur Municipal Corporation. Dr Baghel informed that nine positive cases have been detected in Raipur, with this total number of cases are 173 and 18 positive cases are present. Contact tracing of the nine new positive patients will be done soon.
