Meshram in Indian inline hockey team

 

 

 

AYUSH Meshram, son of Narendra and Hemlata, and a registered skater of Nagpur District Roller Skating Association, has been selected in the Indian Inline Hockey team for the 2021 Inline Hockey World Championship which is under way at Roccaraso Abrusso, Italy. Ayush, a member of Prime Skating Club, is a 3rd year student pursuing Bachelor of Physical Education from Jyotiba College of Physical Education and has participated in eight State Championships under the Skating Association of Maharashtra and School Games Federation of India (SGFI) winning five gold, two silver and one bronze medal.

 

Ayush has also represented Maharashtra in three roller skating nationals under the Roller Skating Federation of India in Senior Men Inline Hockey Championship. Ayush has been training under Dr Upendra Varma, Secretary, NDRSA since 2016. Shabbir Vali, President NDRSA), Adv Sachin Sambre, Vice-President, NDRSA, Dr Vijay Datarkar, Principal Jyotiba College of Physical Education, Dr Surendra Tiwari and Dr Rajesh Raut and others congratulated Ayush for his selection.
