The State Bank of India (SBI) has come up with attractive offer of home loan during festival season. Now customers will get home loan at attractive rate from SBI. Chief General Manager, SBI, Umesh Kumar Pandey informed that the campaign to sanction home loans at subsidised rates will take place in two phases. The first phase will be in force from September 1 to October 31, 2021, while the second phase will begin from November 1 to continue till December 31, 2021. During this duration, interested customers can avail home loans at minimum floor rate of 6.70% and during this period, they did not need to cough out any processing fee.

 

In this campaign, customers could also avail certain other benefits. The rate of interest has been linked to civil score. There has been no difference in the rate of interests provided to employed as well as non-employed beneficiaries, and effort has been made to provide benefit of minimum interest rate to every one. He informed that the campaign is aimed at helping more and more people in getting their home at low interest rate and without processing fee.
