Six from Nagpur in Mah softball squads

Six players, three girls and as many boys, found place in the Maharashtra softball teams that will participate in the 36th Junior National Softball Championships which is going to be held at Lovely Professional University, Punjab from September 26.
Nidhi Khambalkar, Khushi Thakur, and Devyani Ishwarkar got selected in the girls team while Darpan Ramteke, Harshit Ramteke and Ankit Nandanwar were picked in the 18-member boys squad.
The conditioning camp of both the teams was organised by Nagpur District Softball Association and Nagpur Municipal Corporation at Rashtrasant Tukadoji Maharaj Nagpur University ground recently.
Dr Shekhar Patil, Deputy Director, Sports and Youth Services, Nagpur Division, Bhau Kane, Vivek Awasare, Dr Surajsingh Yevtikar, Piyush Ambulkar, Darshana Pandit, Chetan Mahadik, Dr Vivek Shahu and others were present during the closing ceremony of the camp.
The teams Girls: Payal Badgujar, Kanchan Badgujar, Preeti Kamble (all Jalgaon), Raksha Shinde, Vaishnavi Saikar (both Pune), Nidhi Khambalkar, Khushi Thakur, Devyani Ishwarkar (all Nagpur), Shravani Choughale, (Kolhapur), Sayali Wasnik Aanchal Ghandar (both Amravati), Riddhi Sewada, Mayuri Mandalwar (both Yavatmal), Shraddha Swami (Solapur), Gayatri Jadhav (Jalgaon), Prachiti Narkar (Mumbai Sub), Aditi Renge (Aurangabad), Rutuja Kawade (Satara).
Boys: Hariom Tripathi, Jitesh Thosare, Sushant Sadgar, Kunal Bhangale (all Jalgaon), Yash Virutkar, Bhakit Meshram (both Yavatmal), Paras Shende (Wardha), Nilesh Waghmare (Solapur), Darpan Ramteke, Harshit Ramteke, Ankit Nandanwar (all Nagpur), Pranay Nagpure, Shravan Bhore, Rohit Ingle (all Amravati), Vijay Khadse (Navi Mumbai), Lokman Ibrahim Ansari (Pune), Rohan Raut (Nashik), Ratnadeep Malusare (Aurangabad).
