Addresing the participants of the ‘Drishticone – A CxO Conclave’, CEO of IndianOil - Adani Gas Pvt. Ltd Rajiv Sikka said that one should stay humble irrespective of his or her achievements in order to be sustainable in life. Sikka was the keynote speaker at the seventh edition of ‘Drishticone – A CxO Conclave’, organised by the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Nagpur recently in hybrid mode. The two-day conclave consisted of insightful power lectures by prominent industry professionals and an exciting case analysis challenge which saw participation by students of eminent institutions like IIMs, IITs, NITIE, and many more.
 
The conclave commenced with an inauguration ceremony consisting of a welcome speech by Dr S Senthil Kumar, Professor, HRM, Chairperson - Corporate Interaction Committee, and Dr Jitendra Sharma, Director’s Office Committee - Member, IMT Nagpur. Sikka also spoke on the importance of a goal-oriented approach. The conclave also witnessed two lectures by Shankar Jadhav, Managing Director – BSE Investments and Diptarup Chakraborti, SVP and Global Head of Marketing – Eka Software Solution on the theme of sustainability, followed by the case analysis competition ‘Marca Conquer’ presided by Karan Rawat, Founder and Strategic Brand Creation, Coach. The second day of the conclave started with power lectures by George Snyder, President and CEO GHS Aviation Group, LLC, Sudipta Ghosh, Partner – PwC, and Akshat Bal Dikshit, Director – PwC. The event proceeded with presentations for the case analysis challenge presided by Saugata Guha Roy, Assistant Director at EY.
 
A panel discussion on the topic - ‘Role of Data Analytics and Visualization in Supporting Sustainable Business’ was also held which was moderated by Sachin Chitlange, Senior Director - Finance, Transformation and Data Analytics at Capgemini, and the panel consisting of Raghupati Mishra, Group CFO, Liberty House Group - India, Naveen Sharma Head - Digital Transformation team, Infosys Finance, Panel - Nimilita Chatterjee, Partner - EY, and Kailash B Gupta, CFO – Inox Leisure Ltd. The closing ceremony commenced with the announcement of the winners and the runner-ups of the case analysis challenge as well as the brand strategy competition. The conclave ended with a closing note by Dr S Senthil Kumar, Professor, HRM informed the corporate communication committee of IMT.
