Raipur,
After a viral video allegedly showing Chhattisgarh Urban Administration and Development Minister Dr Shiv Kumar Dahariya and his Personal Security Officer (PSO) using slang for villagers and indulging in scuffle at Rewa village of Mandir Hasaud, Raipur BJP National Vice-President and former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Dr Raman Singh has taken to twitter to criticise the Congress leader and Cabinet Minister Dr Dahariya terming the act as ‘ego’, ‘flaunt’ and ‘complacency’.
Chhattisgarh is watching this, said Dr Singh. The people of Chhattisgarh will crush the
ego of the Congress leaders, said Dr Singh.
Dr Singh further wrote on twitter that the people get slapped when they demand water, they are described as mad when they demand employment, sent to jail when they demand justice and people are being booked when they fight for their rights. People will give a befitting reply to this ‘jungle raj’, said Dr Singh. Dr Singh asked the Congress leaders to wait and watch. According to the viral video, the minister, his PSO and others were seen misbehaving with people who demanded water for their village at Rewa in Mandir
Hausaud. The minister had gone to inaugurate a road. A resident asked when they will get water as their village used to reel under severe water crisis in summer. The minister blamed it on the previous Government of the state and told the people to ask them. The residents however insisted that Dr Dahariya is the minister and he should resolve the water crisis. Infuriated over the reply of the residents, Minister Dr Dahariya and his PSO allegedly used slang and misbehaved with the residents.
