A team of 30 officers under Mid Career Training Program (MCTP), is sent every year by the Madhya Pradesh Police to England (UK) to understand the innovations of policing and to understand the specific police practices.
In this sequence, a team of 30 Additional Superintendents (ASPs) of Police at senior level is being sent by the Madhya Pradesh Police to the United Kingdom for specialised training.
Under this one-month MCTP course, the officers will visit North East Hill Police Academy, Shillong, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and Safildhalon UK and after coming back to the State after adopting the innovations of the police, the police will be involved in the police functioning.
