MAHARASHTRA Sepak Takraw Association announced the men and women teams for the upcoming 32nd Senior National Sepak Takraw Championship which will be held at Jyotirmay Knowledge Park, Tematha Kalikapur, Kolkata, West Bengal from October 16-20.
From Nagpur, Dr Amrita Pandey will also be accompanying the team as the executive member of the Federation of India at the nationals.
Thirty core probables (15 men and 15 women) were selected during the 32nd Senior Maharashtra State Sepak Takraw Championship which was held at Beed Zilla Krida Sankul. The MSTA organised a 10-day residential coaching camp in collaboration with the Department of Sports & Physical Education, RTMNU, on account of the celebration of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav and the celebration of 100 years of the RTMNU at the University Campus, Law College square.
