GMCH installs HMIS-like system
After Government discontinued Hospital Management Integrated System (HMIS) functioning in Government Medical College and Hospitals (GMCHs) in Maharashtra, it affected the daily working in hospitals. Considering this aspect, Dean of GMCH Dr Raj Gajbhiye, has introduced a new system. At this juncture it is being used during Outpatient Department registration. This has reduced the waiting time of patients as well as doctors.
