Collector Dr Ilaiyaraja T along with senior officials inspected the multi-sports complex being constructed under Smart City Project at Pt Ravi Shankar Shukla Stadium on Wednesday morning. During inspection, he sought detailed information about the sports complex from senior officials and issued necessary directions. Dr Ilaiyaraja inquired from senior officials about the sports facilities being provided in the Multi Sports Complex and asked to complete the remaining works at the earliest possible.

 

The Collector also stressed on commencing the construction work of the second phase of the Sports Complex at the earliest. He also took stock of ongoing work of undergrounding of pipelines and electricity wires at Smart Road around Manas Bhawan and Maharani Laxmi Bai School. The Collector asked senior officials to shun negligence in the development works and ensure that they must be of good quality and completed within fixed time limit. Those also present on the occasion were Municipal Commissioner Ashish Vashisht, Additional Collector Sher Singh Meena, CEO Smart City Nidhi Singh Rajput, Executive Engineer Shivendra Singh, Kamlesh Shrivastava and others.
