Meet of SECL Gevra Company Operation Commitee conducted

 

 

 

A meeting of SECL Gevra Company Operation Commitee was chaired in the presence of Director Personnel, SECL. The Director Personnel stressed on resolving issues relating to land acquisition at the earliest, in order to start new projects. Also, he assured that all cases of compassionate appointment shall be finished before March 31. The Shram Shakti Budget for 2022-23 will be released soon and employees who did not receive promotion in the last 5-8 years will be included in that.

 

The pending cases of promotion from 2021-22 will also be resolved at the earliest. Member of the committee, Mazrul Haq Ansari said that during the meeting, it was decided that over 1000 students will be accepted in PDPT/PGPT courses, especially the children of company employees. The workers who received temporary transfer from Korba to Saraipali and Raigarh will be transferred permanently. Director Personnel also gave assurance of paying for overtime work at Dipka, Gevra and Kusmunda in the same month. Important decisions were taken regarding the pending cases of Grouo Gratuity, CMPF, and pension.
