Shubham Bhaisare of Nagpur stands 4th in State in UPSC

At least three aspirants from Nagpur district have excelled in the results of prestigious Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) Civil Services exam 2021 which were announced on Monday.
Dr Pramod Lakhe, Director of Pre-IAS Training Centre at Morris College, Nagpur, has been endeavouring to get three students from this centre this year to clear UPSC. He has succeeded in his efforts as the number of successful students who received coaching at the centre is increasing. According to Dr Lakhe, Shubham Bhaisare became probable fourth topper in Maharashtra and probable topper in the region with 97th rank in the exam.
Sumit Ramteke scored 358th rank and Shubham Nagrale scored 568th rank in the examination.
In Maharashtra, 40 students are said to have cleared the exam. Candidates can check their respective results from the official website-upsc.gov.in.
While talking with the probable topper of the region Shubham Bhaisare about his success story, he said, “Curiosity about learning and knowing everything, and to enjoy the journey of preparation were the key to success for me.”
Shubham Bhaisare is currently working with Indian Railways in Lucknow. He also worked with Central Public Works Department (CPWD).
It was Shubham’s fourth attempt in UPSC. He scored 749th rank in his second attempt and got marginal improvement in third attempt with 727th rank. “My discipline and regular study helped me to improve my rank this time. I set weekly and monthly targets to study and followed the same,” said Shubham. Shubham’s father Ashok Bhaisare is a serving judge and mother Kunda Bhaisare is a home maker. Shubham is an ex-student of Bishop Cotton School and his family is settled in Nagpur. “I am expecting to get IAS cadre with this rank and also ready to serve the society for the betterment of the country,” said Shubham.
Shubham did his Civil Engineering from Sardar Patel College in Mumbai. Shubham shared the credit of his success with parents and guides who always supported him in this journey.
