THE Nagpur Chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has organised a full day conference on ‘Related party transactions under Companies Act, 2013, Recent amendments in LODR, Funding under MSME and E-services of NSDL’ on June 12, 2022 at Hotel Tuli Imperial.

CS YC Rao, President (Legal) and Company Secretary of Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd, Raipur, CS Amit Jain, Bhopal and CS Rahul Thakwani Nagpur deliberated on respective topics and other related aspects.

E-services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).

The conference was organised by Nagpur Chapter of ICSI.

The conference was graced by more than 125 company secretaries and students.
