State leaders, workers reach Delhi to take part in Congress’ Satyagrah

Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, senior Congress leaders and workers from Chhattisgarh have reached Delhi to participate in Congress’ Satyagraha against the ‘Agnipath’ scheme and the action of the ED on Rahul Gandhi.
Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, Congress leaders and workers have been called by the Congress high command to participate in the Congress’ Satyagrah at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Cabinet Ministers T S Singhdeo, Amarjeet Bhagat, Chhattisgarh Pradesh Congress Committee President Mohan Markam, Bilaspur MLA Shailesh Pandey, Raipur West MLA Vikas Upadhyay, State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Chairman Ramgopal Agrawal and other Congress leaders have already reached Delhi.
Youth Congress leaders, National Students’ Union of India (NSUI) workers and leaders from other frontal organizations from Chhattisgarh have also reached Delhi to participate in the party’s protest. Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Baghel was stopped by Delhi police when he was moving towards Enforcement Directorate office in Delhi. Chhattisgarh Health and Family Welfare Minister T S Singhdeo, CPCC President Mohan Markam and other Congress leaders were detained by the Delhi police when they were going to participate in the Congress’ sit-in-protest at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. They were taken to Vasant Kunj Police Station and later released. The Congress party has also called leaders from other states to participate in the protest in Delhi.
