Directors of APMC Nagpur - Prakash Wadhwani and Atul Senad recently said that all the issues of the new grain markets of the Agriculture Produce Marketing Committee (APMC) in the Kalamna market yard will be resolved within next six months. They was speaking at a felicitation function organised here by the traders.
Expressing dissatisfaction over the delay in resolving the issues even after nine month since the new team of office-bearers took over, Prakash Wadhwani said he will not accept his felicitation till he fulfills the commitment.
Earlier, Pratap Motwani, Secretary of The Wholesale Grain Merchants Association, said the traders have high expectations from both the directors. Motwani also highlighted that the traders in the market have been incurring huge losses because of the increased cess, restrictions of entry to the market and non-availability of facilities in the premises.
Sarang Wankhede, President of The Wholesale Grain Merchants Association, Santoshkumar Agrawal, Deepak Lahoti, Subhash Agrawal, Veerbhan Tulsyani, Mahesh Jejani, Rajesh Madrani, Arun Agrawal, Ajay Agrawal, Dilip Sachchani, Sudhir Shirsagar and others were present on the occasion.
