CM announces Polytechnic College at Bagicha

Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday announced that Polytechnic College would be opened at Bagicha in Jashpur district. Chief Minister Baghel held a ‘Choupal’ as part of his ‘Bhent Mulaqat’ programme and interacted with villagers at Bagicha.
The Chief Minister made various announcements including providing government jobs in class III and IV posts to educated youth of primitive tribes of the state according to their qualifications, Rs 5 lakh for the upgradation of Devgudi in all the villages of the assembly constituency, Bagicha Community Health Center to be upgraded to 100 bedded hospital, Ambulance facility, opening of a new Polytechnic College at Bagicha, installment of power sub-station at Matol and Sahidandh, Two-and-a-half kilometer long Gaurav Path to be constructed at Bagicha from High School Chowk to Tehsil Chowk, to develop Kailash Gufa, Khudia Rani, Pandarapat and other tourist places, Pucca road to be constructed between Khudia Rani to Kailash Gufa, a badminton court to be constructed
at Bagicha and opening of Swami Atmanand English Medium School.
Baghel also interacted with villagers during his Bhent Mulaqat at Aasta village. He participated in a prize distribution programme at Jashpur Nagar. The Chief Minister also met delegations of various social organizations and took a night halt at Jashpur Nagar on Sunday night. MLA Vinay Kumar Bhagat, Secretary Siddharth Komal Singh Pardeshi, other officials and public representatives were also present.
