Vehicle stuck due to technical snag? Don’t worry, call ‘Servicingwala’

If you are stuck on the outskirts of Nagpur, say in the periphery of 25 kms and your vehicle develops a snag, you may find it difficult to repair the vehicle. But you don’t have to worry anymore. Just give a call to ‘Servicingwala’, and a bunch of youngsters will reach your location and bail you out of the tight situation.
Aniket Dhole leads the ‘Servicingwala’ along with 12 youngsters with him, all of them hailing from a lower middle class group. Nobody has any background of technical skill but they are well adapt with technical knowledge to provide best of the results. It is evident from the fact that over 80% of their customers are returning to avail their services again.
Shivani Dani, State General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), motivated these youngsters. Most of these youngsters were not able to find any job especially when novel coronavirus pandemic was at its peak. Aniket Dhole told ‘The Hitavada’, “Shivanitai brought it to our notice that vehicles were lying unused as nobody was venturing out due to lockdown. She pointed out that such vehicles would need repair. Accordingly, we prepared our plan to do the work of servicing the vehicles.”
Initially, Dhole and his team members did the servicing of two-wheelers, gradually they started providing servicing to four-wheelers too. Of the 12 youngsters, six have completed the course at Industrial Training Institute (ITI). In fact, it was Aniket who encouraged the youngsters to enrol in ITI to master the finer techniques of vehicle servicing.
“We have provided services to over 3,500 customers who expressed satisfaction over our work. Most of them returned to get the services for their vehicles which we feel is a response to our sincere work,” expressed Dhole.
‘Servicingwala’ has developed a proper customer base of 32 whose data is being maintained. ‘Servicingwala’ has tied up with these customers and did agreement for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). They handle every customer in a proper manner. For example, every vehicle needs engine oil after a particular period of time. ‘Servicingwala’ has the complete record so it gives a reminder call to the respective customer one day prior whose vehicle needs change of engine oil. This will put vehicle of the customers in a proper shape.
‘Servicingwala’ has kept itself updated technologically too. Now it has developed an App by the name ‘Servicingwala’. Now one has to download the app. With the help of app anybody can approach ‘Servicingwala’ whose boy would immediately reach the spot and resolve the issue.
