A military film ‘This is no sabre rattling’ based on 1971 war was screened at Shaurya Smarak the other day.
The war of 1971 has created such a pride history of Indian soldiers which has been registered as chapter of victory in pages of history and its result is in the form of Bangladesh before the world. The war was concluded with surrender of the defeated soldiers of enemy country on the land of Dhaka. Surrender of such a large number of soldiers of any country is a record ever and its credit goes to Indian military. It’s credit is in the name of the brave soldiers of India who sacrificed their lives for the glory of mother land of India. Contribution of Air Force soldiers was matchless who did not bother about their lives and defeated the enemy in the sky and brought pride for the motherland. Indian Air Force soldiers give services for the lives and assets of citizens during peace and natural calamities. Indian Air Force has presented ideal examples of peace for the neighbouring countries apart from the services for India. Films Division of India with a view to remember the memories of the victory of India and for the honour of velour of Indian Air Force has presented the military film ‘This is no sabre rattling’ on open air stage of Shaurya Smarak.
