HYUNDAI Motors India Ltd, country’s first smart mobility solution provider, has announced a quarterly incentive to their dealer workshop in Nagpur on their Customer service experience (CXI).
Eros Hyundai Nagpur has stood top performer in the region in the fourth quarter of 2021. CXI includes customer delight, a 360-degree digital experience for customers, and other safety and hygiene practices being followed at the workshop.
The occasion was graced by the Territory Parts & Service Manager of HMIL West Region Manish Shukla. The workshop staff and employees celebrated the milestone.
