RDU signs MoU with Immanuel Kant Baltic University, Russia

The Rani Durgavati University (RDU) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University (IKBFU), Russia, to promote academic activities. Following this, a teacher-student introductory meet was organised through online mode marking 75th Foundation of Baltic University, Russia on Friday.
Olga Kim, Vice-Rector, Baltic University, Russia, mentioned about the need of teaching-learning, research and innovative activities at global-level. Following MoU signed with Rani Durgavati University, 172 students from India are presently pursuing their studies in Baltic University.
Vice-chancellor, Rani Durgavati University, Professor Kapil Deo Mishra expressed that this agreement would not only help in exchange of knowledge and intellectual assets between two nations but also inject moral and cultural values among students.
Registrar, RDU, Professor Brijesh Singh extended his best wishes and motivated students to enrich themselves with knowledge. Dean Faculty, Science, Professor Rakesh Bajpai said that this MoU will promote research and education activities about science and knowledge, crisis management and other aspects.
Later on, an online quiz contest was organised for students of both the universities. The winner students were awarded with prizes and mementoes.
IQAC Coordinator and Director, Women Study Centre, Dr. Rajeshwari Rana expressed hope that the MoU will effectively promote advanced bilateral research and educational activities on different subjects in future.
Dr. Rishika Jairath Rana from Foreign Division, Russia who coordinated to sign the MoU, proposed vote of thanks. Others who present included Dean Student Welfare, Professor Vivek Mishra, DIC Director, Professor SS Sandhu, Dr. Jaya Singh, Dr. Sunil Kumar, Abhijeet Garg, Atit Kumar, Ambika Gupta, IQAC Committee members and others.
