The Ratibad Police have booked an unidentified person for mixing intoxicant in the water bottle of a class VIII girl student of Government School Dobra. The major accident was avoided due to the girl’s alertness. When the school principal came to know about this matter, she informed the police and called the school and lodged an FIR in the matter. During this, the people of the girl’s village created a ruckus in the school.
Investigation Officer SI Manoj Dabe of Ratibad Police Station told ‘The Hitavada’ that a 14-year-old minor girl is a student of class VIII in village Dobra. She had reached the school in the morning to study, where she had kept her water bottle near the school bag. When the girl opened the bottle to drink water after eating lunch, around ten thirty in the morning, there was a foul smell emanating from her water bottle. When she peeped inside it, she could see some white powder in it. She threw the water from that bottle.
When she saw a paper lying on the ground with some powder in it, she suspected the matter and told the whole incident to the principal of the school, Nilkamal Shivhare, who took the matter seriously. Later she informed the whole matter to the police. Police reached the school and recorded the statement of the girl student and took a sample of the suspect powder from the spot. Now FSL investigation will investigate which poison it was?
