Panic gripped the region after the body of a 20-year-old B.Tech student was found on Bhopal-Narmadapuram Midghat Barkheda railway line late Sunday night. His scooty and mobile have also been recovered by the police on the side of the road. Two hours before the body was found, a message was sent from the student’s mobile to his father, in which it is written that “Rathore Sahab Bahut Bahadur that Aapka Beta (Mr Rathore, your son was very brave), Gustaf-e-Nabi Ki Ik Saza, Sir Tan Se Juda’’. Some objectionable things have also been written in the message. Here, four teams of Raisen Police are engaged in the investigation of the whole matter.

Superintendent of Police Raisen Vikas Shahwal, SDOP Obaidullaganj and police personnel were present during the PM. The deceased student was the only son of his parents. He also has two sisters.
Message received by father and friend: Nishant Rathore’s nickname was Bittu. He didn’t make any contact for two days. They came back home on Sunday. Loved to ride bike: Nishank loved to ride bikes. He often used to ride his bike at high speed. Seeing this, his father had got his bike kept at home. Since then, he used to ride a bike on rent for Rs 480 a day. These days he has rented a bike.
Father says, “My son cannot commit suicide.”: “My son cannot take a step like suicide. He has been murdered. I talked to Nishank till 12 o’clock on Sunday. He didn’t mention any problem. My daughters reached Bhopal to appear for their examination. He did not even meet them. When I talked to him, I told him to meet his sisters. Since then I tried calling him, but he was not picking up the phone. After this, I received a message after five minutes in the evening. It was weird. After the message, information about his dead body was received. My son cannot commit suicide,” said Nishank’s father, Umashankar Rathore.
Objectionable posts from Instagram handle: Police say that an objectionable post was made from Nishank’s Instagram ID, which was later removed. After sometime again something was posted, and the screenshot has gone viral. It said, “Gustaf-e-Nabi Ki ik Saza, Sir Tan Se Juda.” There are still some objectionable things ahead.
TT Nagar police also engaged in investigation: The TT Nagar police probing the disappearance also gathered information about Nishank that he had invested money in cryptocurrency. He had borrowed money from the people of a particular community. Those people were continuously calling Nishank and pressurising him to return the money. His friends have told the police about it.
