“Sportspersons in Jabalpur will no longer be deprived from advanced sports facilities and infrastructure. All the adequate services will be provided for developing a healthy sporting environment for encouragement of youngsters towards sports and winning medals for the state and country”, said newly elected Mayor Jagat Bahadur Singh ‘Annu’ .

Mayor Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu was addressing the gathering of sports persons during his felicitation programme organised under the auspices of Jabalpur Kabaddi Association at Ranital Sports Complex.

On the occasion, office-bearers and coaches of several sports associations felicitated to Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu and weighed him with 84-kilograms Laddoos.

During the programme, senior office-bearers and coaches of different sports associations discussed several problems of players and organising mega sports events in the city.

Mayor, Jagat Bahadur Singh Annu assured the players for fulfilling all their requirements by providing advanced sports facilities and sports infrastructure to bring the city amongst top sporting cities in the state. The programme was convened by Shanu Yadav while several other senior office-bearers and coaches of sports associations and a large numbers of players were present during the programme.
