Hamar Tiranga Abhiyan will be organised under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel in State from August 11 to 17. Preparations are on to make the campaign successful across State.
As part of the 75th anniversary of Indian independence celebration, the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav is being celebrated across the country. To make the upcoming Independence Day special, on the call of Chief Minister Baghel, Independence Week will be organised in State from August 11 to 17. Under the campaign, the tri-colour will be hoisted in every village, every city and every house and various programmes will also be organised under the campaign in State.
In Korea district too, preparations are being made enthusiastically for the campaign. As per the instructions of the Chief Minister, Koyia Collector Kuldeep Sharma today visited Sonhat block and inspected the Watch Tower at Katgodi. Under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, the highest tricolour of the district will be hoisted at Katgodi.
The height of this tricolor will be about 30 metres. Along with this, an action plan is also being made to hoist the tricolour on Jhumka Boat Club, Jhumka Island and Koriyagarh mountain in the district.
Chief Minister Baghel has appealed to the people to make the campaign successful by ensuring their participation.
