JSSC Inter School Girls’ Basketball Tournament was organised at St Joseph’s Convent Senior Secondary School, Ranjhi, on September 2 and 3. Total 21 CBSE schools participated in the tournament. The girls step into the court to set it ablaze with speed, endurance, magical footwork, dribble and much to the audience excitement.

St Joseph’s Convent Senior Secondary School, Sadar emerged triumphant winning the first position, Army Public School No.1 won the second position and third position was secured by Christ Church Girls Senior Secondary School. Chief guest was Kuldeep Singh Brar, Administrator Sports Authority of India, Jabalpur Training Centre who appreciated the hard work of all the teams and congratulated the winners. Principal, Maria Vaz thanked and congratulated the principals and PET’s of all the participating schools. The tournament was a grand success due to hard efforts of PET’s of SJC Ranjhi Idris Khan, Martin Thomas and Rahul Nair.
