Annual general meeting (AGM) of Tirupati Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd, one of the leading co-operative banks of the region was held recently at Chatrapati Sabhagroh, Chatrapati Nagar Nagpur. Chairman of the Bank Prem Grover presided over the meeting, where in the bank’s CEO Ram Diwakar conducted the proceedings. The bank has registered 0% net NPA and achieved net profit of Rs 3.41 crore and has clocked the mixed business of over Rs 1000 crore. The bank offers very attractive rates on its popular products like housing loans at 8.25 per cent, car loans at 8 per cent and business loans and gold loan at 10 per cent.

 

Former Chairman Sagar Meghe exhorted the shareholders and customers to avail of various schemes floated by the bank. Vice Chairman Ramesh Borkute proposed vote of thanks. The directors of the bank including Manohar Pande, Kamil Ansari, Annaji Raut, Archana Vaidya, Rupal Meghe, Manish Ingale, Mahendra Thakur, Hemant Thakre, Shakeel Sattar, CA Pranav Ade, Sayaji Jadhav, Rajubhau Lohe were present.
