Two persons killed, two injured after two cars collide head-on

 

 

 

Two cars collided head-on at Sukhasevnia Bypass, Imlia Junction, Bhopal, in which a retired woman Railway employee died whereas condition of her son is critical, who has been admitted to a hospital in Indore for treatment. Meanwhile, a youth travelling in the other car died on the spot. His companion is seriously injured. The police have registered a case and started investigation in the matter. According to Sukhisevaniya Police, 21-year-old Akash Paswan, resident of Patel Colony Chhola Mandir, was going towards Sukhisevaniya with his friend Hariom in his Alto car. Whereas in the other car, 62-year-old Sadhna Gaur, resident of Vijay Nagar, Indore, was travelling with her 28-year-old son Himanshu.

 

Investigating Officer SI Sitaram Lovanshi said that Akash Paswan’s car reached Imalia Junction, at the same time the car went out of control and hit the divider and while crossing the divider and collided with the car coming from the other side. The speed of both the cars was quite fast. In this accident, Akash died on the spot, while Sadhna Gaur, who was travelling in the other car, was admitted to a private hospital with serious injuries where she died during treatment.

SI Sitaram Lovanshi told that the woman’s son is Himanshu, Akash’s friend Hariom is injured. The condition of both remains stable. Deceased Sadhna Gaur had retired from the post of Railway Reservation Booking Clerk from Katni.

After retirement, she was shifting to Vijay Nagar, Indore. Her family lives there only. The deceased Akash Paswan, who lived in Patel Nagar of Bhanpur, had left studies.

 

He was not doing any work at present. Akash’s father is a clerk in Railways. Akash was the only brother among 6 sisters. After post-mortem at Hamidia Hospital, the bodies of both have been handed over to their relatives. Sadhna’s last rites will be performed in Indore only. After the post-mortem on Monday afternoon, the family left for Indore with the body. Akash’s last rites were performed at Chhola Rest Home. The body was handed over to the family after PM on Monday afternoon.
