Sky Ltd distributes hygiene care items among kids

 

 

 

ON THE occasion of Gandhi Jayanti, Sky Alloys and Power Limited Raigarh distributed personal hygiene care items to the children of Government schools in Kharsia District. The officials of Sky Alloys and Power Limited distributed personal care items to the students of the Government PreSecondary School of village Temetema - Temetema Development Block Kharsia District, Government Primary School - Kanmura Vikashkhand Kharsia District - Raigarh Chhattisgarh and Government Primary School - Sendripali. In the Government school of Temetema, 90 children were provided with sanitiser, handwash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, napkins, handkerchiefs, and biscuits. Similarly, 45 children were provided with sanitiser, hand wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, napkins, handkerchiefs, and biscuits at Sendripali School. In Kanmura, 30 children were provided with sanitiser, hand wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, napkins, handkerchiefs, and biscuits.

 

RO water filters were also installed in all three schools mentioned above for drinking water. Besides, one more RO Water filter was also installed in the Community Health Center Chapale Block - Kharsia. Sky Alloys and Power Limited has been widely known for contributing to the local communities and villagers around the Plant in Kharsiya. The Headmasters and teachers of the school appreciated the initiative of the Sky Alloys, saying such generous acts give children a lot of encouragement towards study.

 

The company officials stated that the distribution of personal care items is part of their CSR activities. Sky Alloys and Power Limited (formerly Sky Alloys and Power Private Limited) was incorporated in the year 2009. Sky Alloys and Power Limited is engaged in the production of CCM, MS - Billet, Sponge iron, pig iron, Silico, manganese and other Ferro alloys products and is involved in power generation. The company will be launching TMT bars under their own brand name by the end of the current year.
