Co-founder of Naivedyam Group Dilip Kamdar, while expressing his views at a session organised by Vidarbha Management Association (VMA) here on Sunday, said any organisation can reach the pinnacle of success, by breaking the stereotype and generating new useful options. “For this the comfort zone developed around us needs to be broken. One can be successful, if he does not miss opportunity to break the comfort zone and take risks,” he said.
He further advised the participants to value every penny received from public participation.
If one has the ability to think out of the box, plan, work in a team, network, manage, value, and tolerate criticism, no one can stop him or her from succeeding, he added.
Kamdar shared his life’s lessons gained while working with many non-profit organisations with the attendees in the session named ‘Profitable Lessons Learned from Non-Profit Organisation’.
After completing his engineering from VNIT, Kamdar contributed immensely to take various organisations to the pinnacle of success.
Kamdar said, it takes passion to run an organisation on ‘neither profit nor loss’ basis.
“Money and manpower are the biggest challenges for that. Once people start participating then money can be easily earned. But getting people’s investment of time is far more valuable than that money.
If people are given sensible options, useful stuff and good activities, surely people are willing to give their time for the organisation. An organization started with good intentions is a reflection of the society. For such institutions, manpower is becoming scarcer. At such times, while giving your precious time, you should also be prepared to work for a goal passionately,” he added.
Earlier, session In-charge Dr Ali Akbar Maimun, Atul Bhaiyya, Moderator Karn Agrawal, introduced Dilip Kamdar.
