MOIL XI continued with the momentum recording yet another win in the ongoing JSW NDFA Elite Division Football Tournament. With goals from striker Rohit Kathute in either halves, MOIL blanked Nagpur Blues 2-0. In 10th minute minute of play, Rohit Kathute was fed a pass from near the centre line by Aman Kathute. Rohit dodged past a couple of defenders on his way to scoring the first goal. The winners led 1-0 at the break.

 

Though players of both teams did their best to add their names to the scoresheet, it was Rohit who was able to score again. This time another Kathute — Sumit, provided Rohit a pass which the forward shot past the goalkeeper. Aman (45+5 min) was cautioned at the stroke of half-time. For Blues, Azam Khan (68th) got reprimanded while Prajwal Dimit with double yellow cards (red) in 76th and 80th minutes was sent off.
