Weather system took a turn in Madhya Pradesh after a western disturbance activated in northern India. IMD said that weather will remain changed in state capital Bhopal on November 24 and 25. Indian Meteorology Department (IMD) has predicted light rain in Bhopal on November 26. There are also chances of light rain in western Madhya Pradesh. Many cities are experiencing cold even in day hours. On Saturday, 18 cities including Chindwara, Khajuraho, Narsinghpur, Naugaon, Sagar, Rewa, Satna, Betul, Dhar, Guna, Gwalior, Malajkhand, Indore, Raisen, Shivpuri, Ujjain, Ratlam recorded day temperature below 30 degree Celsius. Shivpuri recorded the lowest temperature as 27.2 degree Celsius. Gwalior recorded day temperature as 28.2 degree Celsius, Malajkhand 27.5 degree Celsius, Indore 29.5 degree Celsius and Raisen 27.4 degree Celsius.
Lowest night temperature was recorded as 11 degree Celsius in Pachmarhi while Rajgarh recorded night temperature as 11.6 degree Celsius, Guna 11.4 degree Celsius, Gwalior 11.4 degree Celsius. Meteorologists said “Mithila” cyclone is active in Bay of Bengal due to which weather will remain normal for next one week. From November 24, a western disturbance is reaching in state due to which light rain is forecast for November 26 and 27. There will be no major difference in day and night temperature but after November 28, mercury will dip down. Maximum temperature in Bhopal was recorded as 31.1 degree Celsius and minimum as 15.8 degree Celsius.
