Lt Gen Subramani’s Annual Administrative Inspection at Madhya Bharat Area

Lieutenant General N S Raja Subramani, General Officer Commanding in Chief, Central Command, visited Madhya Bharat Area for the Annual Administrative Inspection from November 18 to 20. The Army Commander was briefed by Lt Gen M K Das, General Officer Commanding Madhya Bharat Area about the ongoing operational and administrative preparedness of Headquarters Madhya Bharat Area and its subordinate formations. The Army Commander felicitated deserving Army personnel with commendation cards for their utmost dedication and exemplary works. The General officer visited and inspected various facilities within the Madhya Bharat Area and appreciated the initiative in renovating and upgrading the facilities like Veterans Cell, which has been revamped to provide better legal and financial support in their ongoing financial and legal matters. He then visited Sainik Suvidha Parisar, where upgraded facility for various amenities has been established for all serving and retired military personnel.
 
He subsequently visited Military Hospital Jabalpur to inspect the upgraded accident and emergency room, waiting area and newly-constructed reception area and ECHS Polyclinic which has introduced a ‘Suvidha Kendra’ on the lines of Government CSC (E-governance) Services, SPARSH (Pension related query and resolution) and many more. He also visited and appreciated the renovation of amenities at Yogendra Yadav Aramgrah which will provide better facilities to serving, retired Army personnel and their dependents to stay.
 
The Lt Gen further inspected important logistical institutes like Central Ordnance Depot and the 506 Army Base Workshop in Jabalpur. One of the most poignant moments of the General’s visit was his time spent at the Rajinder Hostel, where the children of war martyrs live and study. In addition, Lieutenant General N S Raja Subramani also visited the College of Material Management which is a prominent logistics and supply chain management training institution. He also exhorted all ranks to maintain a high standard of physical fitness, equipment readiness and righteousness in their conduct. Finally he highly commended the operational preparedness of Madhya Bharat Area and congratulated Lieutenant General M K Das for a stellar development in all fronts.
