Wife, lover, two othersheld for cold-bloodedmurder of husband

 

 

 

 

 

BARGIpolice have solved the blind murder mystery of a man and arrested four accused including a woman involved in the incident. The man was killed following the illicit relation of his wife with another man. Wife along with her beloved made conspiracy and killed him with the help of maternal nephew and his friends. The arrested have been identified as Prahlad Patel (25), son of Dabbal Patel, resident of Hinautia Bhoi in Barela, Vikas Patel (21), son of Bablu Patel of Thana village in Patan, Vishnu Patel (38), son of Bhagwandas Patel, resident of Thana village in Patan and Sangeeta Maravi (35), wife of Prem Singh Maravi, a resident of Hinautia Bhoi village in Barela. Additional SP (Rural), Sonali Dubey disclosed this while addressing a press conference, on Sunday.

 

ASP, Dubey informed that, on November 24, the body of Prem Singh Maravi (40), a resident of Hinautia village in Barela was found near canal in Bargi. In prima facie of the investigation, police learnt that the man was killed by unidentified person by hammering his head with a solid object. In further investigation, police learnt that deceased Prem Singh Maravi along with his brother-in-law Ashish Armo went on his TVS Sports Motorcycle numbered MP-20NY-2755 but he could not returned home. Taking a serious note into the case, senior police officers were informed and team of finger print expert and FSL reached the spot for further investigation into the case. Investigating the case, police found the motorcycle of deceased on the spot while two empty liquor quarters and plastic bottle were found on the spot. Bargi police registered a case under Section 302 of IPC.

 

Superintendent of Police, Aditya Pratap Singh (IPS) constituted a team under the supervision of Additional SP (Rural), Sonali Dubey, CSP, Bargi, Sunil Nema and SHO Bargi, Mangal Singh Dhurve for further investigation into the case, identifying and apprehending the accused. Investigating the case police learnt that deceased’s wife Sangeeta has illicit relation with a man named Prahlad Patel. Police detained Sangeeta and Prahlad and they confessed the killing of Prem Singh Maravi with the help of his maternal nephew and his two friends and paid Rs 8,000 for their work. They killed Prem Singh Maravi by hitting his head with iron rod and stone. On their identification, police have seized the rod and stone from the spot.
