WCL inks MoU with IIM, Nagpur

 

 

 

WCL signed an memorandum of understanding (MoU) with IIM, Nagpur for imparting training to its executives on February 7, 2023 at the company headquarters in Nagpur. General Manager (HRD) of WCL Narendra Kumar and Director of IIM, Nagpur Dr Bhimaraya Metri signed the MoU in the presence of Chairman-cum-Managing Director of WCL Manoj Kumar and Director (Personnel) Dr Sanjay Kumar. The MoU has been entered for imparting ‘Executive Development Training’ to WCL executives for the year 2023-24.

 

The training will be conducted at the sprawling campus of IIM, Nagpur where WCL executives will get an opportunity to relive campus life while brushing up their managerial skills. The training will help the executives to hone their skills in areas like leadership, decision making, analytical abilities etc. This will not only lead to increased productivity at work but also in development of their personality.
