Sao fires fresh salvo at Congress Govt

 

 

 

 

Alleging the Congress Government of stooping down to target killing of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers/leaders for the fear of certain defeat in State Legislative Election, BJP State President and Member of Parliament Arun Sao said that the killing of BJP workers is no coincidence, but a well thought out political conspiracy to target BJP workers.

Launching a multi-pronged attack on Congress Government, Arun Sao stated four BJP workers have been killed in the past 30 days. These are political killings going on at the behest of Congress’s Government. Congress resorted to blood-shedding in Bastar to win the election as the congress leaders can see the power slipping out of their hands. Congress is mistaken that BJP workers would be terrified of the violence, not realising that BJP workers have been born out of struggle. The chain of incidents is there to see with the first killing in Jagdalpur, one at Narayanpur, one in Bijapur and one BJP worker killed in Dantewada to create an atmosphere of fear. BJP workers have always put their lives at stake for the establishment of peace.

They’re disciples of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee. They have sacrificed in Kashmir and taken historical steps such as the abrogation of Articles 370 and 35A. Likewise, BJP is fighting a democratic battle in Chhattisgarh. Arun Sao informed that Bastar District Secretary Budhram Kartam, Bijapur Mandal President Neelkanth Kakkem were killed in front of their family, Narayanpur District Vice-President Sagar Sahu was shot at inside his home and then former sarpanch Ramdhar Alami was killed with sharp weapons. Chhattisgarh Mahatari is sorrowful over the death of her sons. Lashing out at the State Government, Sao stated that the Congress Government is conspiring on two fronts against BJP with political killing on one side and police oppression on the other. They’re being stuffed in jails. Over a dozen BJP leaders and workers were lodged in jail for opposing religious conversions going under government protection in Narayanpur. But, BJP workers are steadfast against this cowardly government and facing the atrocities. The Congress Government is deliberately narrowing down the security which clearly indicates that these are target killings.
