ASSOCIATION of Coaching Institutes (ACI) held its first conference on March 4 and 5. ACI is the representative body of coaching owners in Nagpur who are imparting coaching for entrance courses like JEE, NEET, CA, CS, LAW etc. Most of the members of ACI are teachers and hence they are less conversant with the taxation matters and other business related laws. It is with this idea the governing body of ACI decided to hold the conference for the benefit of its members.

The conference was inaugurated on March 4, 2023 by motivational speaker Dr Sanjay Arora who shared his motivating life experiences with the members and how to overcome distress situation. CA Veena Agarwal spoke on ‘How to handle Income Tax’. GST is a new tax regime and hence, lot of practical difficulties in handling it, on which CA Ritesh Mehta gave valuable insight. On National Education Policy (NEP), Dr Ravindra Kanhere who has deep knowledge of education system and who is working on various Government bodies presented the logic behind forming the NEP and the need for it. The panel discussions on Financial Management of Organisation, How to Handle Competition, Students and Parents Psychology were also held among the panelists from the members. ASI President Rajanikant Bondre, Vice President Suraj Iyer, Secretary Virag Mitkary, Treasurer Dr Sameer Phale and all executive members worked hard for success of the conference.
