On the auspicious occasion of Gudi Padwa, The Dharampeth Mahila Multi-State Co-operative Society Limited, Nagpur will be conducting a ‘Loan Mela’ at its own new branch at ‘Sita Ram Bhavan’, Shivaji Nagar, Ramnagar Square, infront of Hanuman Mandir from March 22 to March 30. This was disclosed by Prataprai Hirani, Legal Advisor of the Society in a press conference on March 17. Neelima Bawne, Chairperson of the Society, Neelam Bowade, Director, Anagha Vaidya, Director, Sadhna Rakshamwar, Director and Chaya Shukla, Director were also present at the meeting.
Hirani further said that the Society will be offering one of the lowest home loan rates for women at 7.50 per cent. Now women will be able to fulfil their dreams of having a home in their names. Furthermore, gold loan is being offered at 8 per cent, four wheeler loan at 8.5 per cent, two wheeler loan at 9 per cent. The Loan Mela will be open on holidays so that more people can take benefit of the attractive offers. Apart from this, The Dharampeth Mahila Multi State Co-operative Society Limited, Nagpur is providing gold locker facility at its new branch at Shivaji Nagar.
“The Loan Mela will be from ‘Gudi Padwa’ to ‘Ram Navami’ and offer attractive rate of interest on home loans to women. The Society has set aside Rs 50 crore to be distributed at the Loan Mela. The total business mix of the Society is Rs 2,100 crore,” Bawne said. Anagha Vaidya proposed vote of thanks.
