CREDAI Nagpur Metro organised a presentation exclusively for its members which was given by Siddharth Goel, Head Research & Editorial and Manish Jain Regional Manager – Growth Markets of Magic Bricks India’s number one property site. The presentation was focused on residential market survey specific to the Nagpur city. The survey report of Magi Bricks says that the demand in the city has increased by 66 per cent in comparison to the other metro and tier 2 cities where the demand has increased by 19 per cent.

The presentation also highlighted the demand of 2 – 3 BHK is high in Nagpur city as compared to other real estate offerings. The presentation mainly focused at demand and supply at Nagpur city along with prevailing rent trends. Magic Bricks shared the growth trends in various zones. The analysis on current buyer preferences were also shared by speakers. The presentation was conducted by Raunak Diote and Vishwash Gupta under the guidance of CREDAI Nagpur Metro President Vijay Dargan; Secretary Gaurav Agarwala and Treasurer Rajmohan Sahu. Prashant Sarode and other members of CREDAI Nagpur Metro were also present.
