National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Kailash Vijayvargiya while addressing a meeting of senior party leaders on Monday said Jabalpur, which was once considered a mere village, has transformed into a prosperous metropolitan city due to the untiring efforts of the State BJP Government. He attributed the rapid development of the city and State to the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the trust of public in BJP. He said BJP Government has undertaken unprecedented developmental works that have changed the face of the country. Today, India’s presence on the world stage is significant and decisions of PM Modi are eagerly awaited by nations around the globe. Vijayvargiya expressed confidence that the dream of India becoming a Vishwa Guru (world leader) is being realised under Modi’s leadership.

Highlighting party’s commitment to comprehensive development, Vijayvargiya stressed that Government has taken care of every section of society. He said it is not just about forming a Government, but about direction in which the country is heading. He called upon BJP workers to work with unity and solidarity for betterment of the country.

He said the city has emerged as a hub of economic activities, attracting investments and generating employment opportunities. The Government has initiated various flagship programmes and schemes that have directly benefitted the public, creating a sense of trust and faith in the BJP among the people.

Expressing views on the occasion, City President Prabhat Sahu lauded the efforts of BJP workers in the Booth Expansion Campaign 2.0, which aimed at strengthening the organization. He stressed that the party workers are dedicatedly working towards winning all four Legislative Assembly seats in Jabalpur, as per the state organization's intent to further strengthen the party's presence in the city.
