NDFA to conduct futsal in May

 

 

Nagpur District Football Association (NFDA) will be conducting Shaheed Sardar Bhagat Singh 5-a-side Futsal Tournament in the month of May, 2023 at its Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Football Stadium in Suyog Nagar.

The entry fee for each team is Rs 3,000 apart from players registration fee of Rs 500 for each player. A team will consist of 10 players and the tournament will be played on knock-out basis.

The tournament is open and any player can play for any club of NDFA. The winner will get Rs 50,000 and trophy while the runners-up will get Rs 30,000 along with a trophy. The third placed team will get Rs 20,000 cash and trophy while the fourth place team will have to be content with Ts 15, 000 cash and trophy. Individual awards like Man of the tournament, Man of the final, best player of runners-up team, best goalkeeper will also be given. NDFA Secretary Iqbal Kashmiri is the chairman of tournament.
