Collector, Saurabh Kumar Suman while chairing the Time Limit Meeting called on Tuesday, reviewed various pending complaints. Additional Collector, Sher Singh Meena, Municipal Commissioner, Swapnil Wankhede along with other concerned officers attended the meeting. While reviewing department-wise cases received from CM Helpline, Collector, Suman instructed to ensure redressal of cases received from CM Helpline by giving priority to the pending cases. All the SDMs, Tehsildars, Janpad CEOs and CMOs were present in the meeting through virtual platform.

The Collector instructed to stop two-day salary of the District Sports Officer who remained absent in the meeting and to issue show-cause notice to the EPHE and Jabalpur Tehsildar for displaying laxity towards their duties.

He further instructed to take action against the Patwari associated with Jila Panchayat under Swamitva Yojana for not giving proper details about Drone fly. The Collector issued necessary instructions regarding encroachment in Bheraghat, illegal mining, social security pension, illegal possession at Patan, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana, availability of sacks at procurement centres, Jal Jeevan Mission and other issues.

He instructed to re-launch the drive for making Ayushman Card and not to promote careless attitude towards the activities of public interest. He also discussed about verification of Sambal Anugrah Sahayata and initiation of Mukhya Matri Jan Seva Abhiyan and instructed to conduct Ayyushman Drive under Jan Seva Abhiyan. Collector, Suman instructed not to violate Juvenile Act 2015 (Care and Protection of Children) at any cost especially the Section 74 which is concerned with Prohibition on disclosure of identity of children.
