Three people killed in head-on collision between auto-rickshaw, bus in Singrauli

Three people died and three were seriously injured in head-on collision between an auto-rickshaw and bus on Waidhan-Bargavaon main road at village Devri, on Tuesday. One person died on-the-spot and three sitting in auto-rickshaw were seriously injured. MLA, Devsar Subhash Verma, Singrauli Municipal Corporation President Devesh Pandey, TI Arun Pandey, reached the spot and looked after the rescue operation. The injured were admitted to district hospital. TI Arun Pandey informed that auto (MP 66 R 2943), Waidhan, was coming to Waidhan. When it reached near village Devri, then it collided head on with bus (MP 66P 0902). In this accident, auto driver Suraj Namdev, son of Dev Prasad (28), a resident of Amilwaan, passenger name Devsati Pandey, wife of Vijay Shankar, age 42 years and one more passengers, age around 60 years, whose identity could not be know, died. The three passengers are seriously injured. MLA, Devsar and SMC President Pandey met the family members of deceased and consoled them. They assured injured of medical attention.
