Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that under Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana, funds will be deposited in accounts of sisters from next month. Necessary preparations should be made for this. Collectors should ensure that in any case the amount should be deposited in the accounts of sisters on June 10. Chief Minister Chouhan was reviewing Ladli Bahna Yojana through video conferencing at Samatva Bhawan of the residence office recently. Senior officers including Principal Secretary Women and Child Development Deepali Rastogi were present. Chouhan said that in Jhabua district, more than 90 per cent applications for Aadhaar link and DBT activated accounts have been processed. Chief Minister Chouhan expressed his gratitude on letters sent by eligible sisters of the scheme.
Chouhan said that provisional list is available on the portal. The list should also be pasted in the gram panchayats. Properly check objections received regarding the applications. No eligible sister should be deprived of benefits. Sisters should not have any kind of problem. They should not feel the need to visit bank unnecessarily. Chouhan also took feedback from the collectors. He said that there should be no delay in payment after purchase of wheat. In panchayats, work of up to Rs 25 lakh will be done by panchayats itself. Work up to Rs 25 lakh should not be done by Rural Engineering Services Department.
Elected public representatives have the right to work in their panchayat. Applications of defaulter farmers should be filled in interest waiver campaign. The campaign starts from Monday. Chouhan instructed Senior Officer of Central Bank of India and Convenor/General Manager of State Level Bankers Committee Tarsem Singh Jeera that women should not face any problem at bank-level, they should not have to come to bank. All the works related to Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana should be completed without any hindrance.
Citizens are excited about implementation of the schemes: Letter of Chanda Jaiswal of Shahdol district, enthused by implementation of Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana, was mentioned in the meeting, in which Chanda has described the amount received from the scheme as an important support for the family. Similarly, farmers in Mandsaur district have enthusiastically given a message regarding Chief Minister Farmer Interest Waiver Scheme and have created a slogan ‘Byaj Mukt Hua Kisan, Chere Par Aai Muskan’ (interest free farmer, smile on face). MLA Yashpal Singh Sisodia mentioned this slogan which is getting popular.
