One of the leading exhibitions and event groups of Central India ‘Shagun’ is organisng ‘Shagun Trade Fair’ underway at Bishop Cotton School Ground, Sadar, Civil Lines from May 19 to May 22. The timings are from 4 pm to 10 pm.
From inception the exhibition is getting an overwhelming response from the Nagpurians. This is a property, home decor, furniture and lifestyle products exhibition. There are stalls from Nagpur as well as from other cities of the country. The stalls in the exhibition display furniture, home decor, carpets, marble showpieces, paintings, frames, bamboo items etc.
Apart from this, Shagun will be organising a ‘Consumer Expo’ at Bishop Cotton School Ground, Civil Lines from May 24 to May 28. This exhibition will showcase furniture, handloom, handicrafts, consumer items, lifestyle products, Rajasthani handicraft razai, bedsheets, Kekda bedsheets, crockery items, terracotta, jewellery, garments, Rajasthani mojri, Bhagalpuri sarees, Banarsi sarees, cotton bags and much more. There will be about 200 stalls in the exhibition. MSME Department, Government of India will provide support to women by giving 100 subsidy for stall (for limited number of stalls), men can get 80 per cent stall rent and SC/ST industrialists 100 per cent stall rent refund, informs a press release issued here. On bringing paper cutting or advertisement of Shagun Expo one person will get free entry till 5 pm on week days only (Saturday and Sunday not included).
Shagun is the brainchild of Govind and Trupti Rathi. Shagun Event Group from 2002 has organised more than 300 successful exhibitions in 20 cities.
